We are aware of an issue where downloading the game data while the device is folded and starting the app when it is unfolded will prompt a pop-up error asking to redownload (Error: P1002). Additionally, downloading the game data while the device is unfolded and starting the app when folded will result in an error that will prevent you from playing the game (Error: P.1002).
We kindly ask for your patience while our Development Team works hard to resolve the issues as quickly as they possibly can

- Outdated New Faces Spotlight Portal In-game Pop-Up
We are aware of an issue where a previous New Faces Spotlight Portal pop-up is being displayed after re-logging, even though it has already ended. Please note, that the event was from May 31st after maintenance until June 15 at 04:59 UTC.
