2nd Mana Board Additions

Update Details
- The 2nd Mana Board will be added for certain units.
- Conditions for unlocking a unit's 2nd Mana Board are as follows:
- For 5★ units: Unlock all slots on the 1st Mana Board on units that are Lv. 80+ and have been uncapped 2 times or more.
- For 4★ units: Unlock all slots on the 1st Mana Board on units that are Lv. 70+ and have been uncapped 4 times or more.
- For 3★ units: Unlock all slots on the 1st Mana Board on units that are Lv. 60+ and have been uncapped 6 times or more.
